Positive section of review
The hotel is brand new, very clean and well organised. Breakfast could be improved, but it wasn't bad. Freshly squeezed orange juice was often offered. Only some communication difficulties with the service girl who did not speak English very well. Overall my opinion is very positive. All the hotel staff were always cooperative and helpful, responding promptly to any request. Central location just a 5-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum and the Nile. Good restaurants in the area. I would particularly like to compliment Ahmed Faris for his excellent support in organising tours to areas of archaeological interest.

I would only suggest improving a few small details like a chair in the room and a few more clothes hangers. The only sore point is the entrance to the building which is in need of renovation. But the facility manager told me that there is already a renovation project that will start soon.

The place is perfect for those who seek simplicity and calmness for a few days stay. The staff are very decent, very helpful and very kind -I've dealt with Mohamed Ragab who was really nice-. There is a kitchen that residents can use to prepare hot drinks and store food/drinks in the refrigerator. The place is really close to the famous Dahab Tourist Walk and a couple of public beaches.

Personally, nothing to complain. Room service and shampoos weren't so spectacular but I was able to handle without them.

This hotel is perfectly located for the airport as it’s within terminal 3. This was my 2nd time here and if I’m in Cairo again I’ll definitely come back. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I love the pool. I enjoyed the food that I had. My bed was so comfortable I slept so well. The room had everything I could possibly need.

I bought 2 small bars of chocolate in the gift shop and they were £7 I didn’t realise until I saw my card charge. That’s a total rip off. I would expect a small mark up but that is too much.

The smell in the shower. They told us to leave the beach because they wanted to make the sand look nice. There was only one all inclusive restaurant. There was no service for drinks on the beach.
