The hotel was on the 5th floor. When there was an outage, I had to walk up and down 5 floor stairs!!! There was construction noise ongoing on a daily basis. Luckily most of the day I was out sightseeing. However on those days I was in, the drilling from above it was so horrendous, I could not have a face to face conversation with someone unless projecting and shouting my voice so I can be heard. I did not have a choise of breakfast: that was a hot drink, one egg-omelette, with 3 rolls of bread, with soft chese and marmalade and salami, tomato and a banana for desert. Every day was the same. There was no opition for anything else. There was no one around to order and had to look for the staff, which it did not go down well with the lady receptionist.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. My overall stay at Captain's Inn was amazing. The AC unit was not working properly in my room, the staff immediately moved me to another room, which was actually an upgrade. They did all they could to make sure I was comfortable.

I had an exceptional stay at Pickalbatros Blue SPA Resort. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. A special thanks to Mr. Sayed Ibrahim for ensuring our stay met all our expectations. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

Our Room was very nice had a wonderful view enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the food was very good with plenty of variety, ALL the staff were helpful and friendly, would definitely go back to this hotel.

The pyramids and sphinx view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful i did take so many memorable pictures ..breakfast was a buffet it was satisfying and a polite staff.

We arrived after midnight and they welcome us with respect ... The rooms was cozy beds very comfy and the pyramids view so close its 5 min walking from the pyramids.
