Perfect Stay Really it was nice stay since the room was clean and wide. Wi-fi signal was good and breakfast various and delicious. Location in downtown is wonderful Staff helpful and friendly. I recommend it promising back again

Super location for the National Museum and the Nile. The security is first rate at the hotel, the staff very pleasant and totally professional , facilities were great along with the breakfast and the room we had was very clean.

Everything is good but I don't like that they play music until late time in the swimming pools area because they should be considered that some of us sleep early too .

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, cleaner was really good, pool area nice, plenty of sunbeds, food was OK.

One member of staff was a bit rude, shower room for guests that were leaving was dirty and no aircon, No wine with all inclusive after restaurant closed, this was a problem for me as dont like to mix drinks, it wasn't stated on booking , only aware when arrived

The staff aren't nice at all!! not all of them but most of them yea, The room wasn't clean once i checked in, much hair in the room, towels was being used and the AC is droppin water on the ground. Such a bad experience which i strongly dont recommendd
