The food is average as they used Tang instead of fresh juice, and Nescafe instead of brewed coffee, the food variety is fine but the quality is not good - for the room location it is nice but there are some issues regarding cleanliness of it but not due to the housekeeping daily work - it is related to management issues. Thank you

The beach water contains construction rocks that should have been removed and I have got hand injury due to a fall, the beach umbrellas about 50% of them not working and it is a must as it gets crowded and you don't find a place to get, the other beach kids cannot swim their as its starting Hight not less than 1.5 meters - I have informed one of the managers and he did not say at least SORRY, and informed me that he will inform the up level management??!!. Thank you

The staff was very helpful. They helped us arrange a tour and a pickup from the airport, both at reasonable prices. They were quick to respond to questions, inquired after how the tour had gone, and were generally attentive. The room was very clean

1- Receptionist was very unwelcoming. 2- When we were housed in the room the toilet was not clean, we asked for someone to clean it & asked for the kid's bed that we requested on booking the room, unfortunately very bad response & I had to wait the whole day for someone from the room service to come in. 3- we had to pay for playing tennis which is not the case in a 5 stars hotel 4- very poor animation team, esp the girl & she was very unproffessional with her colleagues during the party by saying that (I am working with a very poor animation team) in front of us in the speaker.

Unfortunately they need to change the name of hotel form dreamers to nightmares because it was one. When we arrived we got room we put our stuff in it. 15 minutes later one of they staff came and said that we have gotten the wrong room. when we saw the “right” room it was one of kind never saw one before in my life because the mold was 5cm on everything then he said if we want to stay at the room we got in first place we needed to pay €55 per night extra and we had no option so we payed the extra to stay in the room. Short story, they are scammers and the whole hotel was disgusting.
