It's not my first time here & surely will not be my last time. We loved everything here starting from reception, all stuff & animation team The rooms are cleaned every single day, hygenie level is perfect, they provide care kits every day. The view from the room was perfect wether it's sea view or pool view The food tasted great The animation team are very friendly & they always have new activities specially Katya, thanks for teaching me Russian Ceasar was very friendly We loved the bar man bishay Special thanks to the manager Mr. Emad for helping us in every single thing

Slides are amazing 🤩 . And beds are comfortable ❤️❤️❤️. Rooms are clean. Variety of pools for everyone. Good food, great variety. Burger, pizza and shawarma station was great! Animation team was great with kids evening show & enjoyable adult shows in the evening.

TV channels are only in Arabic, no English channel for kids and no channel list/guide provided. One of the chefs continuously ignored my son at the burger station.

The hotel was fantastic, well lit, new and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is amazing. All the staff were friendly and ready to help, especially Mr. Fahad. You'll get a good view of pyramids at the rooftop. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. Recommended!

Room was spacious and clean with a massive comfortable bed. Food is good with an option to dine in 3 different restaurants. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The gardens and beach and kept pristine. It has a great location

The entertainment wasn't to our taste. However, it suited some of the guests and didn't matter to us as there were alternative bars to go to instead. The buffet foods were sometimes a little cold. However, the restaurant made great effort to address this problem when I raised the issue with them, and the food temperature did improve during our stay.

Great location, nice lake view from the room, spacious room and clean pool and beach (not for swimming). Breakfast was ok. The two ladies at reception for check in and out were very helpfull with nice smile.

No internet in the room. AC in the room was very weak but I stayed for only one night.

Hotel has great beach for children with shallow water and pier for diving and corals. Food was tasty and there was extremely large variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There are too many stairs on the way to the beach. Problems when ordering taxi that sometimes they will not allow it to come to reception, remember hotel area is very large, you can walk but it will take up to 10-15 minutes to get to the front gate.

Rooms need renovation (at least mine). Lights in the bathroom can’t be white. Gym is not really up to Hilton standards.

The room ia a bit small also the pool is small The all inclusive was not an open buffet it was a set menu for lunch and dinner however the service is slow and they get some orders wrong due to over loading the staff they work day and night shifts also the staff are fewer than needed
