The apartment is very spacious. The size of living room and bedrooms is very good. They have a balcony. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is at a walkable distance from the old town. A Rimi Mini Market and many restaurants are within 5 min walk. The apartment block, the apartment and the linen were very clean. It was pretty easy to find the location and the keys. The check in was very smooth. They do provide cleaning agent for dishwasher, filter coffee , salt and sugar, but no cleaning agent for washing machine.The cupboard and rack spaces are well provided.

As many reviews have already mentioned, stepping into and out of the bathtub for the shower, can be a little tricky and almost impossible for senior citizens or kids. Their dishwasher had a bad stale smell and the same smell prevailed in their clean crockery too. We had to clean and wash the crockery for use. We couldn't use the dishwasher for the same reason.

The staff and management were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. They provided all the essential amenities, ensuring my stay was comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore Pärnu. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

I travel a lot, including USA, luxury hotels in South-East Asia, etc but this was by far the friendliest host I have ever rented from. Property was very clean, wifi was good, breakfast was fantastic, property is 3 min walk from the seaside. Came over for the midsummer celebrations and had a great time!

Everything worked perfectly, room was clean and good size plus the personal touch (Nintendo, camera etc) made our stay special and one to be remembered. Breakfast in the cafe next door was nice, we could choose what we wanted from their menu.

It's a cute tiny apartment. It's not for two big people. It has very basic kitchen equipment. Private parking, bed smaller but comfortable, accommodation clean. We were satisfied

On a building site above a hideously downmarket indoor market Building like office block No plug Coffee sachets not replenished without us asking Only hand-wash in bathroom, no shampoo etc The breakfast on first day was awful with past best fruit The person in charge of breakfast was frighteningly hostile - shouldn't be let loose on public Breakfast very hit and miss. I was in a room at the ground floor. The window was not openable. I'm sure, the ventilation was not working, so the air got really bad and the humidity was not removed when showering. When I complained and ask to check for the ventilation, the recepionist got upset and insisted that the ventilation is running. I still wonder how she was able to hear the ventilation working with the lobby music playing in the background. It seemed to me that I was not the first guest that complained. That's not how I expect a guest to be treated.
