Excellent Location, perfect for solo travellers and couples. The hubs are tiny they have separate lockers also to store luggage. The facilities like hangout area are superb. Common washrooms are super clean too.

If you're looking for a hotel that guarantees a wake-up call you didn't set, Wake Up Copenhagen is your spot. at 10 PM a party in the Hotel nearby began. The music was so loud I could almost feel the bass in my bones. After enduring the noise for hours, I had to switch rooms at 1 AM. My new room, although quieter from the disco, was serenaded by passing trains from the nearby station. So, if you’re a fan of nocturnal symphonies, this is your place. Otherwise, bring earplugs or find a quieter corner of Copenhagen!

Price was ok. Location to train station was handy. Close to shopping centre.

Breakfast was not offered at check-in No air-con in the room - was very hot so difficult to sleep. Would have been good to have an evening meal in the hotel to save travelling elsewhere. Beds were not very comfortable. Poor breakfast selection. Limited hot food and cereals. No cut fruit selection. Staff didn't really seem too interested. Relationships were simply transactional.

Breakfast used to be so nice in this hotel 4 years ago. It is average now. The lounge had a relaxing feel and sofas which disappeared. Did not see any bathroom rug . We could not set the ac temperature.
