My stay at Hotel City Panorama was excellent. The combination of a great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable room made for a memorable visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay in the city, and I look forward to returning on my next trip.

Location is perfect for exploring Little Tokyo. Good for a weekend stay. The Lounge on the 11th floor is nice for drinks at the end of the day, with beautiful views of the city. Staff at the Lounge were efficient and friendly.

No fridge. Flimsy pillows. I requested 3x at the Reception if I could have an extra or a firmer pillow. Only to be told after my 3rd follow up that nothing is available. Expensive breakfast considering the selection of food.

The place was clean and organized. The location of the property was close to the tram station and supermarket.

The initial address shown in the confirmation was not the real address of the property. When you make the reservation you receive a message to pick up the keys at a certain address and that's the real property address. If you try to argue about it, they don't speak any English and tell you that was an error in the system. Conceptz Plus is a property manager and should be checked by BOOKING.
