I travel a lot for work - this is one of my favourite hotels to stay in. The staff are very friendly and approachable, the beds are very comfortable and I like that the hotel seems to be very conscious about sustainability. The hotel is central to the shopping centre and also to the Park.

I had to hunt for an iron - there were two available in a dingy room. One of the iron's had some food stains on it.

Location was great and public transport was close by along with a Lidl only a couple minutes walk away Having a balcony was nice to sit on in the good weather and the studio was well equipped

Location of hotel is great, very near to metro station and walkable to city centre. It's located on a shopping street with many shops. Room is also modern, comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was excellent, nice view, very comfortable seats, careful staff, good quality of food, very good coffee even though it was from a machine.

I wanted to watch in my room the the matches of the quarter final of the Champions League. I asked the reception in which channel I may see it, he said that he doe not know and that was the end of story. He did not try to help me, to suggest a sport bar nearby, etc. Once in Hilton, the staff referred to you as a guest, in this interaction I felt as if I'm a stranger and not a guest. I personnaly, when someone ask this or other question, I really try to help him, even though there no commercial relations between us.

There was no separate Bathroom (Shower) in the room. The bathroom was made of glass and had no door.
