They are not correct! they collect a deposit of 150 euros at the reception but then they don't return it! upon leaving the hotel, the guy at the reception told me that the amount would be returned to my card, but that didn't happen! extremely incorrect hotel!

really nice hotel with comfortable lounge area to chill out and have a drink. Rooms where nice and planned out, they have that extra touch that adds in the quality. staff were helpful and overall really nice. Not good for someone with a very tight budget.

Nothing really - the only thing maybe was the lack of non German channels on the TV but that was easily sorted as you could connect the Tv with the phone - something which is usually a nightmare.

Room was small but comfy. I didn't need much more from it. Staff was very nice and I got some nice recommendation where to eat in the evening outside the hotel. Breakfast was good, many options to choose from.

Amazing location by the lake with the views of the mountains. Staff dont really speak English so had to work on my German but it is a part of adventure. Also, cash only here

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast with plenty of choices, the staff was nice and helpful, location is perfect, right by the river and in between the coolest neighbourhoods

I wish they had a locked room to keep the luggage before and after check in. Instead you had to put your luggages in an open room with no security.

Really nice owner, helpful and easy. Room was clean and all the basic amenities. The bathroom is spacious and so was the overall room area.

When you have an appointment in the hotel from 10 to 12 a.m. be ready that you cannot be served with coffee! at this time you can get water and juces on reception only, however no coffee! Fortunately, the lobby barman came earlier on dutty and saved my meeting.
