We booked this accomodation on the way to nearby Legoland (10 mins car) because at an acceptable price. Then we found out it is in the highways rest area on its front side but as you become familiar with the country road on the back side it turns nicer. The structure is modern, quiet and clean, far from noisy trucks, with no uncivilized customers as the position on the highway may lead to think. Good breakfast at an acceptable cost (kids don't pay), supermarket just crossed the highway and nice Leipheim village at 5 mins where to have some local food and beer.

- located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and overall spacious apartment - well-equipped, especially for cooking (e.g. sharp knives, cutting board, some spices), and enough spares of the things which are annoying to restock yourself when traveling (e.g. trash bags, toilet paper) - very comfortable bed! - communication was easy & smooth, self-check-in via keybox much appreciated

The property is located in Mitte which is fashionably funky. The property is only 15 minutes walk from Museum Island and the riverside cafes - the two must see places in town - but there are also plenty of restaurants and shops on the trip there. It is on a quiet street overlooking a park with a pretty urban view. A great spot to stay! The apartment itself was roomy.

The location is perfect - 500 meters from the beach and the pier, in a very calm neighbourhood, conveniently located near shopping and restaurant area . The apartament is clean and well equipped for a week stay, including kitchenware. Warm bathroom, enough space for keeping clothes of the whole family.

I felt mislead as the apartment was described as having a common space in the lower floor and two bedrooms in the upper floor, which was a must for me as I travel with a fussy teenager. Unfortunately, there's only one bedroom and the other beds are set in a corridor with the stairs leading to the lower floor of the apartament. Hence, no privacy and no way to cancel any noises from the space below. Yes, I can see now that the floor plan was available, so I advise to pay close attention to such details.

Hotel had computer virus and sent phishing attempt via booking app. Heating was not working (cold days following hot period in Apr so they switched the AC system to cooling and when switched back to heating it was not functioning correctly). received some small electric heaters which was ok.
