Very exceptional accommodation. Both the design of the house and the amenities. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, outdoor private seating area, barbecue. Great owner, very helpful. I can only recommend. It must have taken a tremendous amount of work to renovate the space like this. We would love to come back sometime

The pictures don’t do it justice! Beautiful! They thought of everything. Very luxurious much larger than it looked in the pictures. Close to the sights in Dresden and very convenient to the public transportation. Grocery store just around the corner. Wish we were staying longer!

Allowed me a very early check in after a long flight. Close to main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t get the aircon to work and they offered me a new room but it was only one night so I didn’t move rooms.

Location about 7 mins walk to the station and 10 minutes to the city centre. North side of the hotel faces the canal and trees. South side faces the road.

The room cards were deactivated sharply even though we had extended our stay properly communicated through email exchanges, and during check-in. We were told to physically re-activate the room cards at the reception and the staff told us we should have informed them of the extension earlier. Seriously? As the hotel tried to be tech-savvy, all requests were made through apps, but the apps failed big time. Cannot reach anyone on the phone too. My room safe was not working and they were unable to reset it. Our rooms (including my brother) were barged in by their staff without knocking which is totally unacceptable. The breakfast place was understaffed and packed with filthy tables, and you could find dirty plates and cutlery in the serving areas.
