The hotel is around 10 minutes taxi ride from Berlin airport - cost of an Uber was around 17 euros. It is around 50 minutes train ride into the centre, which is convenient for the airport, but less so if you want to see the city. The area has nothing much to see around it, but there is an Aldi two minutes away if you need to buy some food. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. My room was ready for me early and had everything I needed.

It would have been great to have a small refrigerator in the room. That is my only suggestion for improvement.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Location right in the centre of Bacharah and a few minutes from the Boat station on the Rhine. Parking was a couple of minutes walk and only 15 Euros for seven days, 5 Euros for one day and 1 Euro for an hour, payment between 9am to 6pm, otherwise free.

The stairs. The first flight was good, normal layout, the second was narrow and rounding/spiral, the third seemed similar. Fortunately, the receptionist (or it could have been the Manageress) carried the really heavy suitcase up the stairs and agreed to put us in a room on the first floor rather than the second; I would have struggled (aged 76) and my husband has a bad back. That would be the main reason for not returning. The accommodation was more like a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel e.g. no toiletries other than hand and body wash, bed not made up, no cleaning etc; however, for the price it was still very good value.

Arrived after hours, easy to find, plenty parking, safe feeling, was on my motorcycle, not a problem. Lock box by front door, everything was easy to locate and access my room. Quiet night. Slept great. I'll be back here. Gas stations nearby. Friendly hotel staff.
