The apartment was large enough for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our stay, including utensils, dishes and basic seasoning. The view over the mountains was nice and we liked the location, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Emma was very welcoming and helpful. We also liked the way she put together all the relevant information about the apartment and the Garmisch-Partenkirchen area.
Negative section of review
The key lockbox could have been placed more visibly, closer to the building entrance, but I guess there are reasons for the current setup. The towels and some of the pillow cases smelled a bit bad, like they had been wet for too long. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky, as many of them are. Given the space available, don't think that can be improved.

Everything was perfect as usual. It’s not the first time we stay here, we always come back when traveling to Baden-Baden. The hotel is under renovation, but no real discomfort behind that except for the closed spa. Perfect location, very good room and comfortable stay. Very convenient parking.

We liked the location, close to the city center and with convenient parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was larger than expected and we had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was wonderful, with a large selection of produce, including local favourites.

It had everything you needed, sauna was a nice bonus in the chilly weather. Very comfortable for families and young children, the playground was a real highlight for the kids.

Tree-lined streets, nearby park. Easy walk from train station. Near tram and bus stops. Excellent shower. Fridge in room.

Minimal storage space with fixed hangers. Need to sign up for Wi-Fi every day. Traffic lights favoring cars over pedestrians between hotel and public transport. Several key streets in the vicinity without sidewalks.

Breakfast was excellent, generous, clean, all perfect. Very nice and kind staff. Polite and helpful.

The room is clean but old furniture and worth renovating. The toilet supplies could offer lotion cream and other supplies to fit to a 4 stars hotel. Very basic room. The ventilation system is not effective to cool down the room.

The hotel itself is at a great location. We had a spacious and clean room. Fast wifi connection.

A kettle would be nice addition to the room. Had to pay 7.5€ for bathrobe and stuff plus 10€ to use the spa which is ridiculous when a night nearly costs 200€. Also the staff should inform the guests before entering the facilities that it’s a nude area. Felt so uncomfortable.
