I was positively surprised by the overall cleanliness and respective size of the lobby and the gym. Friendly staff knew what they did. The lobby has a lot of seats. The gym has enough choice for a travel workout.

The breakfast options concord with the overall minimalism of the place. It ticked most of the typical boxes without allowing for much of a positive surprise, except, perhaps, that there was a pancake machine, if that’s your thing. The location of the hotel is relatively unfavourable compared to that of several other accommodations in the same category that are located much closer to the Hauptbahnhof. The HBF is still more than a 10 Minute walk away from Urban Loft, whose immediate link to Berlin’s huge public transportation system is therefore just one bus line. That bus line passes only 3 times per hour and direction during weekdays.

The room was large, the beds were very confortable. The services were very good. Close to the bus and train station. Free parking place so we could leave the car safely.

We didn't ask for an extra bed, but we found it in the room, so it took some part of our space and the room looked a little messy because the banch that usually staus at the bottom of the bed was put on the space between the bed and the window. We asked for a king sized bed, but we received twin beds. It would have been better to have a minibar in the room; we didn't know in advance we will not have. One night the we didn't have hot water in the bathroom; it was just a little warm; my daughter couldn't have a shower :(

Good location close to the station. . All staff were excellent (friendly and helpful) throughout.

Rooms are a little tired and could with a freshen up. No coffee making facilities in the room as they offer a free machine in the reception. This is fine, but it isn't topped up regularly and wasn't always working.

Noise from the hallway. It gets busy there in the mornings due to Europa Park visitors and the doors are not very sound proof.
