Convenient location with parking options nearby (6 euros per day). The room was very modern and clean, with nice decoration. Comfortable bed and two options for pillows (hard or soft). Polite people on the reception.

The hallway leading to the room had a very strange odor. No fridge in the room which was a major drawback. Unlike other major hotels that offer a bottle of water on the room, nothing was offered in this room. Also, in order to turn on the lights, the key card should be placed in the appropriate 'socket' on the wall.

The front of house manager was amazing! Went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable stay. We will surely return when we visit Cologne again.

I booked a private room without bunk beds. I specifically chose that hotel because of that. Me and my friends can't sleep on the upper beds. When I arrived, to my surprise, they put us in a room WITH two bunk beds and the staff said they don't have any other rooms available. If it's not available then don't offer it!!! It ruined our stay tbh. Also there was no kettle or mini fridge. A disappointment is an understatement.
