I really liked that upon arrival at the hotel, the reception informed about the events in the city! It was a wine event! We had a very wonderful evening at the wine event! I never knew so much information about wine! Many thanks to the gentleman who worked at the reception for such detailed information!

It is a pity that there were two blankets instead of one :)! But maybe your standards are different :)! But the bed itself is very comfortable and the sleeping pillows were both small and large. It's amazing!

It is located in the central old town. You can go somewhere easily. And closed to the underground.

I booked the stay call Central Studio Apartments. But I actually stayed at Hotel Pfälzer Hof, which the quality and the room are not like the pictures show to me. I feel I was cheated by this behavior, literally sailing under false colors. It should not be happened and accepted!! I cannot believe it.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

The shower and the sink were not properly cleaned and had a lot of black mold/limestone around the shower holder and the sink. Would have expected a much higher cleaning standards.
