The location is good. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away on foot from the hotel. The same goes for the tram station. You can take the tram and then switch to get to downtown Frankfurt. This takes approximately 30 minutes. The breakfast was good. The room quite was large but dated.

No access ramp for baby carriages. We have booked a stay at the main building of the hotel, but we were offered a room in the building across the street. We found cobwebs in the room. The sink was continously overflowing despite removing the sink plug. They had no baby chair in the breakfast room and a member of staff indicated that we should go and get it ourselves from their other building across the street. I had to complain at the reception in order to sort this out. No slippers are provided in the room. The price was exaggerated for the services offered. The pillows were uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck after each night. I stayed a few months ago at Novotel, which is 5 minutes away. Superior in every way. Would have booked a room there, if any rooms would have been available.

Owners were quite friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy. The apartment was well-equipped. The proximity to Könnigsee made it an attractive location to stay.

Room was a little small for 4 persons buty worked out fine. Als very petfriendly which we liked very much. Icecream for the kids was a winner.

Good and convenient boutique hotel near Rosenheimer Platz in Munich at about 20 mins walking from city center. Good ambiance.

The bottles of water have unluckily been removed the day 2 from my room although they were not empty. They have not been replaced. The phone was not working, to reach reception.

Beds were like concrete. Room temperature could not be adjusted and had to sleep with balcony door open. Went for breakfast 90 minutes becore finish time and many item were not available and will not be replenish. Definitely high price for poor service.
