The price was great and one of the two rooms I had was surprisingly large with a sofa and a small table inside. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The garden is lovely.

At around 8-9 pm the halls and rooms were filled with the smell of food. This is due to the fact that the hotel is located above an Asian restaurant. If the restaurant is busy the smell would probably dominate the hotel the whole evening.

Good location. Walking distance to the cogwheel train station which takes you up to the Zugspitze. Very friendly host. Easy free parking outside. The breakfast was ok.

There was a water drop sound coming from the heater. And there was a bad smell coming from the drain of the bathroom. The mattress of the bed was quite soft.

There were no enough toilet paper, no shampoo, several flies in the house, windows have no screens. Pillows + mattresses are too soft.
