The reception was very friendly and cooperative, and the hotel is very clean. The room was also very clean but small. Despite booking a king-size bed, my room only had a single bed. However, the bathroom was excellent. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location is only 10 minutes from Frankfurt central station. It was a very quiet and wonderful night.

It was a great experience and the staff was very kind and professional. The location is exceptional, a quiet neighborhood and a big forest right in front of the facility. Just 10 minutes on train to get to the main station.

I think, it would be perfect if they work on improving the facilities to isolate the outside noise from the bedrooms. Sometimes I was able to hear some of the phone conversations the guest of the next room was having.

Nothing about the hotel was good, the breakfast was repetitive everyday. The staff was rude, greedy they didn’t provide any drinks including water in our room, the room service was horrible we asked for slippers and the staff told us to come and take it from downstairs. We asked for a tool to open our drinks and they gave us a spoon. The hotel price was so not worth it. We had a very bad time at the hotel.
