Fun hostel with lots of activities in a perfect location by the Orangier train stop. Karaoke night was amazing (free shot for singing!)! They have everything you need although it's an extra cost (buy a lock for 5 euro; rent a towel for 3.50 euro; breakfast for 5 euro; laundry for unknown because I didn't use it, but you get the point).

The only thing I would change is how finicky the hostel room key cards are. I think with the exception of one time, every single other time I needed to get back into my room, I had to go downstairs to ask for a replacement card. Thankfully, my room had the bathroom inside of the room...I cannot imagine this experience for someone who has to take a shower in the bathroom separate from the room and then can't use the key card to enter their room.

Was not planning to stay in Frankfurt but due to a fall that put my husband in the hospital here had to have accommodation close by. Staff has been very kind and helpful with phone calls I could not make myself. Have extended my stay .

The hotel is very cozy and new. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, it was comfortable to rest, you feel at home. Next time I would stay there too.

Rooms are big and have high ceiling. Bed is very comfortable. Totally it is clean and the people are very nice.

It’s a very old hotel, but renovated properly but maybe the decoration and the furniture had to change to have a more charming and modern outlook.

The carpets in the corridors are definitively due for replacement and the neighbours of the hotel, a large crowd (50+) of junkies blocking the sidewalk really present a drawback. It is very close to the main railway station though (in the red-light district).

Had to wait an hour to get a room even though we arrived within check in time, was given a double instead of 2 twins as paid for, then waited more to get room with twin beds but only one had linens, were told they couldn’t provide linens for the 2nd bed so we had to wait for a third room. Also asked for a couple extra pillows and were told No. Awful experience.
