As always, the Ludwig van Beethoven was a good choice. The staff is friendly and professional and seeks to meet customers needs and special requirements wherever possible. The rooms are clean, and, if you are lucky to get one with a window to the rear part of the hotel, very quiet. The breakfast buffet does now have the vegan options generally available, at former times they were available upon request.

Special coffee options like cappuccino can be provided for breakfast, but are charged separately. An automatic coffee machine which provides espresso, cappuccino and latte, at the customers choice with dairy or vegan milk, would be a real surplus.

Great location able to walk right to the downtown area, cute rooms and big bathroom. Comfortable rooms with old charm.

Breakfast provided was pretty poor. Was noisy in the evening as it is on top of a restaurant. We had problems with our key for the door (old skeleton key style).

Plumbing on the 4th floor, is really bad, you get preasure burst of water. Staff is nice but kitchen a bit slow, making 2 eggs taking 15/20min is not normal. Windows could be cleaner Glad I did not have a child with me, it is not normal that such Hotel windows open fully, very dagerous. Please save a life before is too late. Windows should never open that much, someone could fall from 4th or 5th floor!
