Nice location, very close to tram line 17 terminus. Very quite place, kind staff, wide choice breakfast and possibility for dinner on some days. Very comfortable room, comfortable toilette room. Not far from FRK WEST train station from where you can get on some S-Bahn and other trains, I got on the one to Marburg and on S3/4/5/6 to go to the city center.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms are well appointed, super comfortable and only a 10 min walk from the Cathedral/Center. The staff were very friendly and made our stay a warm enjoyable one. We would come back without hesitation, loved it!

Beautiful apartament, clean and new. Good kitchen and bathroom equipment, we lacked nothing. the apartment is located in a quiet area, it was also possible to park the car on the street without any problems.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good and the location was right next to the Rhein. Our room was upgraded and had a fantastic view overlooking the river.

Too hot (it’s a roof top room) and there is no air con - only a fan. From May to Oktober this can be a melting pot if the sun is shining. We felt a weird wibe from the host and her husband “welcoming” us - not very friendly or helpful. Also lacked to give us a proper elevator brief - luckily we found out ourselves. Why no cleaning on Sundays - inconvenient? No room for luggage after checking out which means you will have to carry it around from 10.30 till you leave Berlin. This is a big miss. However, another friendly staff member helped us out.
