When we arrived at this address, we found a very big house. The owner separated the house into three or four living area. We are living in one of them. The good thing is the houseowner is very nice and always happy to help us to do the laundry. She is always at home. So if you have anything for help she could do that. The living area and the environment around the house is amazing extraordinary. Two minutes walk to a lake, three minutes walk to a football club, Well, if you like to jogging after dinner, you are going to enjoy the beautiful field along the road. The distance to Hannover Messe is very close. Only need like 10 minutes driving.

First of all, Germany is very cold. I think the heating doesn't works very well. The bed is very old, soft and small; the pillow is very soft and low, the comfort is thin. So if living for longer time your neck may feel pain,or having a cold. And the WiFi doesn't work very well. The signal is very weak.

Location is perfect for exploring Little Tokyo. Good for a weekend stay. The Lounge on the 11th floor is nice for drinks at the end of the day, with beautiful views of the city. Staff at the Lounge were efficient and friendly.

No fridge. Flimsy pillows. I requested 3x at the Reception if I could have an extra or a firmer pillow. Only to be told after my 3rd follow up that nothing is available. Expensive breakfast considering the selection of food.

The location of the property was the reason I booked this hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Reception staff were efficient and friendly.

The room was very very small, I booked a King Room which was advertised as 16m2 with a desk and seating area (there were photos on the website). The room we were given was 10m2 (we measured) no desk although there was a chair a small circular coffee table. We were on the 7th floor at the rear of the hotel which was quiet. The air conditioning did not work the room was very warm even though we set it at 10 degrees with a high fan. Lobby bar was open 24/7 but we couldn't charge to our room which was strange.
