This hotel has the best staff I have ever encountered, always there ready to accommodate your needs and wishes. Big thank you to the Guest Relation Manager Mr. Maksym Zhohlo who made our stay exceptionally worthwhile and memorable! Everything about this hotel is fantastic, from the staff to the room itself with amenities. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel again with my partner.

A really good hotel, staff helpful, said I was arriving early 12:30 arrived and my room was ready, if not you can leave your bags, the room was great lots of windows, quiet (except cleaner chatting in the morning, but cant be helped hehe), shower was excellent and you even got 10% disc if you ate in the restaurant. would recommend and definitely come back

An excellent location in case you go to an event in the nearby O2 Arena or O2 Universum halls. Many pubs in the neighbourhood, as well as a "B" Line underground station. Close to a small shopping mall. Abundant parking places in front of the hotel and in its underground garage. Very modern and clean hotel.

Quite far from city center. Quite expensive (I assume this is primarily to the concerts in the neighbouring O2 arena).

The room looked clean. It had a fridge. If you need very basic accommodation, just a basic overnight stay, safe and clean, this is sufficient.

This is a hostel really, not a hotel. Very basic rooms, equipped with a lot of improvisation. No air conditioning, no desk, no parking lot, at a rather noisy street due to tram traffic. The receptionist is friendly but speaks hardly any Czech or English. The receptionist told me my room was "a great one, refurbished lately unlike some other rooms". Well, I wonder what the other rooms look like then. Walking in the corridors is unsafe due to unmarked steps at unexpected places. Some signs of a rough behaviour, e.g. broken mirror on the lift.

Cleaning of room - towels were changed each day even though they were hung on the towel rails as expected. However mugs not washed if we had made tea or coffee and the milk wasn't always replenished when we had used it and it was not possible to get any from reception. The brochure in the room indicated bedding would be changed after 3 nights but it wasn't changed at all in our 7 night stay which was disappointing.

Needs more personality in the rooms. Some artwork and other small objects would make it feel finished. The pillows were super thin and not comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

- rooms were not cleaned unless asked specifically asked for, and when asked only towels were changed and waste bins emptied. - no spa treatments were available on the weekend (this should be clearly stated for guests to be informed before selecting the hotel). - some staff spoke neither English, German or French.
