The apartment is located two minutes from the Invalidovna metro station and just three stops from the Old Town. Checkin/checkout is simple, as the owner will provide clear and detailed guidance. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe, as is Prague in general. There is free parking accross the building. We were lucky to always find a spot, but if you cannot find a free spot, there is an app which will help you with paid parking. The apartment has everything a four-person family might need, but even if it doesn’t, Jiri, the owner will arrange everything you need. The communication with Jiri throughout the booking process and the stay was easy, which greatly facilitated our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, a great coffee machine, and an electric kettle. There is also a washer in the bathroom.

The apartment is a bit small, but it has a separate bedroom, which was important to us. Everything else was excellent.

The apartment was in the middle of downtown, in a lovely building - and very modern inside. A neighbor showed us that there is a door directly to the street, avoiding 15 steps before reaching the lift. It's very useful when you have luggage. The host was always very helpful and give us the opportunity for an early check in. The communication was fast and easy in message. Check in process was fluent - some days before our arrival. This apartment (28) was very quiet, in an excellent condition, AC was perfect. The beds were amazing!

From the moment we arrived to park our car with Valet every hotel staff member greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to assist! Excellent hotel, super comfortable, facilities great and breakfast buffet was impressive. Location is perfect in the centre, 10/10 Barcelo Brno Palace ✅

A small, cozy and very clean guesthouse with its own rules. Registration is independent. A big advantage is that they accept pets. The room has everything you need, a very comfortable bed. You can prepare meals in the common kitchen or borrow dishes for the room.

I had a bit of a situation with the people next door being too loud. I've let the reception know via the phone in the room and soon enough the problem was fixed.

Breakfast is not included and there is no option to add it to the booking. (Though there is a café downstairs in the building, that offers coffee with croissant and something else for apprx. 200 czk). Electric kettle wasn´t in the room, despite the fact, that I found it in the description of room equipment. Noise from outside from both trams and trains. TV in our room didn´t work. We immediately made a complain at the reception, nevertheless the problem wasn´t solved during our stay (2 nights) allegedly for some technical problems. Wifi had bad quality. We found only one socket in the room (another one was in the bathroom).

The hotel was awful and dirty..On the floors of our room there were hair... The toilet was dirty... The shower was awful!!😖 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!
