The apartment was very centrally located. The accommodation was spacious, the sound-proofing was effective, and the shower and water pressure were good. The communication from the hosts was consistently excellent. Because of an issue with the originally booked accommodation, the hosts kindly arranged for a night in another location in the same building.

* Although the accommodation does provide air conditioning, the summer weather was a strain on the system and it was not very effective. Also, note that the washing machine full cycle takes a very long time. * Because of the glass frontage of the flat, the lights in the stairwell lit up the entire flat, which can be disturbing at night. * You need to be able to handle some narrow spiral stairs.

The hotel was well located - 5 minutes from the metro - and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff were exceptional - especially Janni, who helped me sort out an error I'd made on the booking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes comfort, convenience and good service.

It was not clearly stated it is a non air-conditioned room..When requested for a fan, it was not available on day 1. . Although the weather was cooling down the room remained warm (despite getting a mini fan from day 2 onwards) and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Worst was the noise generated by a group of young travellers in their rooms and at the balcony facing my room till very early hours in the morning (1-2am). There was no action taken by the staff or consideration by the adult in charge of the group.
