We had the suite which is just lovely and the entire hotel is operated with a high attention to detail. The missing breakfast option is not a problem as nice options are just around the corner as well as the city center which can be easily reached by foot. Room service is very good and the pool is clean. Convinient parking and an absolutely friendly and helpful host.

No real ‚critics‘, Amex as payment option would be nice.

The service provided by the owners was awesome, they were always available to help at any time, especially with transportation to different places if you let them know in advance. Breakfast was awesome and the room was very comfortable.

Near the hotel there are some abandoned houses that can attract weird looking people but it was safe overall and it was a quick walk away from the center of the town.

This is a guest house, the owner lives nearby, the apartment was great and clean. The kitchen has enought to cook, the air conditioner on the main room was nice and it has a nice outside dinning room with some sun beds.

You must have a car to get in and out the property, is pretty far by walking from the tourist area or beaches. By car the beaches are 10-15 minutes by driving, so if you get a car the house should be great!

The location is perfect. The resort is at the cabana beach and right next to it is mambo beach. Beautiful beaches, great food, drinks and music.

1. We were celebrating a birthday and when my husband was checking in he asked if the room could be decorated. At the front desk they said that it would be done. When we came back we saw that they did not do that and when we mentioned it they said they were gonna look into it but heard nothing further from them. (No compensation or apology) 2. The bathroom had a urine smell, no matter what we did or how many times they came to clean the smell did not go away 3. There was no do not disturb sign 4. The towels they changed for us were dirty/stained. 5. The shower had no door so the bathroom floor would get wet every time 6. The lighting in the room could be better.

I liked the location and the entertainment. The food was basic but the desserts were fantastic although not high end.

Good location and good value for the money. Bedroom was spacious and bathroom ok.

For bedrooms facing the bridge, it may be too noisy. There were some events that the hotel crew apparently didn’t know about (although some of the guests were from the event..) being held in front of it, with hammering up to 00h. Breakfast was ok, very simple. Fitness center lack has the very basic.
