This is a traditional style hostel with good value for money. The bunks are really sturdy, shared bathroom facilities, lots of space to hang out, kitchen has all facilities. Location is about 5 minute down-hill walk from where the Medellin-Jerico bus drops off/main square.

There isn't really a lot of space for belongings.

The service was absolutely amazing, Martin and Cristian help us with everything. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect for all activities in downtown Cartagena, there are great restaurants and bars nearby (ask the staff for recommendations)

I didn't mind the plane, restaurant was decent, I mean for the price it is decent, the rooms are a little run down, if you just need a quick spot to pass by on, one night, or just a place to sleep and leave the next day it's good.

I would not stay at this place if it were a long term stay, but if want a budget place, this hotel will do the trick.

It is one of those classic buildings made mainly for tourists or foreign people living in particularly poor countries. Security guards and fences everywhere, inside you have swimming pool/gym and some apartments.

There is a strong smell of dampness everywhere. The apartments are not bad, despite being worse than they look in photos. Very bad note for cleanliness, see photos. Hair, yellow and other colored stains on sheets and everywhere. Calculating that no cleaning is done during the stay (as many as 6 nights), I would say that at least the first cleaning to hand over the room should be done carefully. Also only a few towels (2), calculating the humidity and being at the sea. The guy accompanying to the rooms asked me $5 for a supposed "fee" without obviously giving a receipt or anything, I guess he keeps it himself since there is no mension anywhere about this fee. At the entrance the desk is slow, inattentive, always among themselves talking or playing on the phone. The small market has practically nothing, embarrassing that my home kitchen is more prepared than a convenience store in a similar building with hundreds of tourists inside. Of course, the supermarket did not make receipts and did not have "change" to give for purchases. Located far outside the center, only useful if you want to stay in that area (I was there for a convention) otherwise absolutely avoid.

The beautiful natural setting, the grounds, and the layout. Staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The birds in the am.

It was pricey but gorgeous. For a relaxing stay, it was a treat. The place was a bit out if the way , so you need a car or to take Ubers, as it's out of Pereira town centre.

The price is fairly good considering the location in the city. The staff was kind, and the room was clean and in excellent condition.

The staff is very friendly. We have a special note for Luiza, who works at the breakfast and is extremely nice, helpful.

Although the hotel is located in a very nice residential area and at walking distance of Parque 93, where you can find restaurants and shops, the traffic in Bogotá is very heavy, making it hard to get to the city center and main tourist attractions. The city does not have a subway, we had to use taxi and Uber and it took long every time.

Big room and huge en suite. Breakfast was tasty and hotel was close to the centre.

Room was closest to front entrance which is right on the party strip. Do not come here on Friday or Saturday night without earplugs if you don't want to hear loud music and constant horns from the cars. Also some ants in the room and slightly strange check in process where they took a photo on their iPhone of us even after scanning the passports (???). Room could have been a bit cleaner.
