We stayed here one night when we got bumped from our flight home. Honestly for the price of this I thought it would be a bit crap but it was lovely. I’d even consider staying longer term on a holiday. Nice simple room with kitchenette, gorgeous deck and view over the golf course and a nice pool. Staff were so friendly as well. Unlimited wifi included.

Location, friendly staff, air con, airport transfers, continental breakfast included. Excellent restaurant with magical lagoon views throughout the day and particularly at sunset. No TV to enable a proper detox from everyday life.

The location was great, everything that you need was available. Checking in and checking out was great, Jenne was fabulous to deal with.

My friend and i arrived on the day of check-in just before 2 pm. There was no one around to check us in, and there was no check information shared prior. The door from the "Nuku" bungalow was left open with the key on the bench. The bed was made up as a bouble bed even though on the pictures it was two separate beds, one of the reasons why we decided to book here, but no communication about this to us prior. On arrival, we noticed that the microwave and TV were not working, and the shower fixture also came of the wall. (Shirley later said we "manhandled" it even though we just arrived) The accommodation crammed full of stuff, and so small, no space to put your luggage. Was not clean at all, and there was a smell of mold from the cupboard where all the kitchen dishes and equipment were stored in the kitchen. We hand washed everything before we could use it. Shortly after checking, I informed Shirley about the shower and tv and also had to phone her for the wifi password that we had to pay extra for that she did not supply. She blamed us for not following instructions for tv not working (it never worked as the Chrome cast and power cables were missing, but we stopped asking because of her mean attitude) Was to scared to ask for anything related to our accommodation again after our 1st encounter with her, she is a very rude person and not helpful. Her handyman is lovey, and thank you for trying and being friendly to us. I have been coming to Rarotonga for many years, and i move around to try and support someone different every time i come. Shirley is not a good person. I wish i had looked at some bad reviews confirming this. There was also an argument and blaming conversations that ended by us checking out two days in advance about money transfers and cash exchange.
