Very charming hotel with a gorgeous view of mountains. Being renovated but keeping rustic charm. Breakfast was in good quality. Our rooms had private bathrooms with very clean shower booths. I would come back again.

No access to the elevator from the reception or the 1st floor, although there is an elevator to go to other floors.

Great location near the lake. Perfect for a stroll at night, or to soak up sun and have lunch during the day. The ferry service is just outside your doorstop. Excellent breakfast.

The young lady at Reception wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t give clear instructions and didn’t offer parking, that was the primary reason why I chose this property

No parking, although stated. Room was not made up for a couple, I had to ask them to do this. The hotel is situated at red light diatrixt and noise level was high during the night. No air conditioning so it was hot and uncomfortable to sleep, and had to keep window open and we were facing the front of the property. Not a pleasant stay at all

Not much to do around location. Need to drive to lakeside or town However bus stop is just outside property. Scooters are provided too.

Everything, the area access to the passes only issue most were closed for snow.

Our first day of arrival was delayed as the Grimsel Pass was closed. So there is no access to the hotel for us.
