New, clean, has elevator, very close to the central park, some rooms have the Jungfrau view, good range of (hot and cold) breakfast, spacious room, room cleaning everyday (and they’ll even hang clean towels if you request do not disturb), good wifi

Shower water is a bit weak (but no leakage), 10mins walk from Ost station with luggage (but no pebble road)

Nice hotel, spacious room and it was spotlessly clean. Beds pretty comfortable minus the pillows. Easy digital check in and friendly staff. We checked in late and there is someone on the front desk 24/7 I believe.

Pillows were thin and also managed to be hard somehow, very uncomfortable. Light switches were dodgy and we had to unscrew the bedside wall lamps in order to turn then off. Then, bizarrely, at about 2am we woke up and literally ALL the lights had switched back on. Not a very comfortable sleep as a consequence.

Breakfast, self-check-in and check-out, interior, they borrowed me a lock (super grateful). The biggest bonus was free public transport ticket. Very nice and cozy place.

No common space, it would add so much more charm and enable people to meet, unwind outside the dorm rooms.

It’s ok if you’re looking for a place to rest your head for a night. Bed was fine, room basic but ok.

There is a lot of things that can be improved with minimal effort/cost from the owner. Outside door open so anyone can enter, stairs in building are dirty. In the room itself, the shower head and plug need to be fixed up, floor is marked.
