The apartment was clean and very well equipped for a short stay. Close to the tram and bus stops, making it easy to get into Zurich. We had a minor maintenance problem, and this was quickly sorted after we contacted the helpline.

The apartment was for two people but there was only one comfortable chair to relax on. We had to borrow extra pillows from a relative as there was only one pillow each provided, and we couldn't contact anybody over the weekend to see if there were any extra ones available. 7am church bells and traffic noise may not suit everyone if you're expecting a quiet location.

The rooms are beautiful, the whole hotel is stunning and in a perfect location from the old town and the best restaurants. Our bedroom was very spacious with 2 balconies and a great bathroom.
