I had a wonderful stay at Park City Garden Apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen which was great for making quick meals. The two bedrooms were perfect for my stay and both of them had air conditioning. I enjoyed also relaxing on the sunny balcony. The location was perfect - right in the city center, close to the “Tortata” and a small garden named “Gradska gradina”. The communication with the host was easy. She was very nice and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pazardzhik. The comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, and the beautiful balcony made my stay truly enjoyable.

The apartment was as it seems at the photographs, a nice cozy place with a double bed and a sofa bed. A small kitchen next room with a small fridge and a washing machine. Nice spacious clean bathroom. The apartment even has its own backyard equipped with a table, four chairs and a bench. Very good WiFi signal. The owner is very polite and helpful. There are free parking spaces outside the apartment. Very close to the Czar Simeon's park, city centre and generally all the main attractions of the city. A quiet place ideal for a family with small children. Overall it was a very nice and pleasant stay in Plovdiv.

The pools and the slides for both children and adults are awesome, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, well-cleaned, the service discreet, the territory is nice, I liked that it’s not a gigantic multi-storey building, but several smaller buildings instead. The food is varied, there’s special menu for kids, healthy options, fruit.

There wasn’t a bath in the room, as the description suggested, and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good enough. The food is okay but no more than that. Beverages of low quality.

A very cozy apartment, which is in the immediate vicinity of the Saint Ivan Rilski **** hotel and is also part of it. This allowed us unlimited use of the wonderful wellness center and have a wonderful stay. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back here for longer time.

This is a hotel for technically minded people, of which we are not. Maybe, it’s fine for people under 45, again, which we are not. Had difficulty with the lift, the TV (couldn’t turn volume down), the heating (far too hot, didn’t know how to turn it down) all needing someone clued up on technology. No mattress protector. Breakfast was ok, but by the time you got to your table it was cold. Checked out on 13th May, had already booked to return on 27th May. Spoke to manager Konstantin Mihaylov, who said, please email me 24 hours before you’re due to return n handed me his business card. Saying, I will make sure you get a better room, at a better rate. I did precisely as he asked. Checked in 27th, I asked if they had received my email, I was told by reception staff, manager not here n will return tomorrow. I paid more for the room, than two weeks previously n ended up with the same room! Following morning, spoke to manager, who told me he hadn’t received email n I’d sent it to the wrong address, I produced the card n said I’d sent it the right address, n showed him the sent email. He said he would reply, which he did later that day, Briefly the wording was a preferential rate at another stay, to my surprise, the rates he proposed were increased cost of what we had paid via booking.com! Unbelievable, making me feel patronised. We stay in Sofia approximately 4-10 times per year n have been doing so for the last 23 years, however, I’m sorry to say, it’s doubtful we will be staying at B1 again.
