That there enough chairs in room was good . I like that you had expresso in the lobby, because fake Nespresso in the room did not work well or taste good. We had a room on the 7 floor facing the city so that was a welcome change because we had a view of the city and churches. Nice to have lots of hangers in the closet and a working clothes iron. The hotel was close to a grocery store.

Some lights did not work. A light bulb was missing next to the bed. The light over the sink did not work. However the light in the fan assembly worked so that helped. Loose wires above the fan in the cabinet was not meant to be used.

Location is perfect. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping area, bars and major sites. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Good communication and very responsive. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stairs too steep. No elevator. Be ready to carry your luggage to the floor you’re booked.

Nothing! Steps are from 1880’s home so keep that in mind but my 84 year old parents absolutely loved this location, the food and Anne!
