We really liked the unit. It was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location was great, close to shops and eating places. We enjoyed going out in the morning to buy bread and Ardennes ham for breakfast. The host was very friendly and checked in with us to see if we had everything.

It's my second time and I enjoyed it as much as the first. Mix is an exceptional place, set in an incredible building and thought through design.

There are tiny issues with the electronic keys to lock/unlock the lockers down in the fitness changing rooms. And there should be more robes available, but they are taking care of it.

I recently stayed at Smartflats Louise Brussels, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We did the online check-in and received the codes for the building and room doors. However, the building door is a joke—it doesn't lock properly. Anyone could easily push it open, posing a major security risk. The building and hallways are in dire need of maintenance and have clearly seen better days. Now, let me get to the actual room. Basic cleanliness standards were nonexistent. The place needs a serious deep cleaning—from the floors to the bathroom and the walls. Speaking of walls, they had holes filled with old cigarette butts, blood spatters, and smeared boogers. It was absolutely disgusting. The apartment is supposed to accommodate four people, but it’s not suited for that at all. The shower is in the bedroom with no door for privacy. This is completely unacceptable if you’re traveling with friends and want some privacy while showering. The area around the shower has regular wood floors that get wet and are starting to mold, plus there was mold in the shower itself. We opened the sleeping couch only to find a disgusting mattress. The bedding was stored next to the couch in a trash bag, and when we opened it, the pillows and blankets had brown stains and smelled awful. The couch was also ripped. My friend and I were scared we would get bed bugs from sitting or sleeping on it. The only decent part of the apartment was the kitchen, which looked new. However, this did not make up for the overall terrible experience. I was absolutely appalled and would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from Smartflats Louise Brussels if you value your health and safety.
