Check in was easy- they give you a code and leave the keys available in the door. The towels were the most luxurious ones I think I’ve used in my life! The bedding was also very very comfortable, surprisingly so. We didn’t attempt to cook in the kitchen but it was available as a common area. The location was outright fantastic - right in the middle of the old town. WiFi was okay.

You must pay in Bosnian marks (they do not accept card or euros). But they let you pay at any time during your stay. Showers were the push-button type which was annoying, but this is common in hostels. The showers would flood and water temperature was variable. Unfortunately there is no parking available, but there is an undercover parking lot 2 mins walk away for 40 BAM per day. It was a bit loud at times as you could hear everything from the hallway. The blinds let all the light in as well.

The lady on the reception was so respectful and helpful, her name is Ajla and I really liked her kindness. The hostel is recently renovated and the furnitures are quite high quality. On the other there in every room there are air cleaner which is so rare in hostels. When I woke up in the morning the room was smelling so fresh. I recommend this place to all!

The owner was supernice and hospitable. She brought us homemade baklava and beer was waiting for us in the fridge. Perfect location, clean and comfortable appartment with a carpark next to the kitchen window. Recommended!
