This rather inexpensive accommodation surprised us with its comfort. It felt like a luxury hotel room. Everything new, clean and shiny, in particular the bathing room and its perfect shower. Below the apartment a food store is located, owned by the host of the accommodation where you could buy something if necessary. We found a parking lot about 20 meters away from the entrance of the building and the owner equipped us with his license to park there. The host was very friendly. A good experience. We stayed there for a single night on the way from Kotor to Mostar and Sarajevo. Staying at this accommodation in Neum, we felt, was a much better decision than staying in the crowded, overpriced and overrated Dubrovnik. For a similar trip or possibly just for a visit of Dubrovnik we would try to stay at this accommodation again.

Nothing to complain about the accomodation. We spent just a single evening in Neum but its atmosphere reminded us a bit on past socialistic times. Interesting and very different from, say, the close Dubrovnik but possibly not the town you want to spend your two weeks beach vacation. But who knows. We can definitely say that we didn't see the young party people at the seafront that you can expect in the evening at other touristic coastal towns. However, we were just passing through Neum and we had nothing to complain about, in particular not about the accommodation.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was very helpful & polite. Location was AAA. There was an issue with water pressure one evening/night & the staff did their best to assist. Matter was resolved by the next morning. We received a discount on our total bill for the inconvenience. That was a very pleasant surprise on checking out!

The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful, and always smiling. The hotel is beautiful and in a fabulous location. The service and food were great—make sure you order the “Sac” a few hours ahead—it is unique and very tasty! Absolutely no complaints about this place. We also found out it is a UNESCO registered building.

it was incredibly clean. very pretty place. HUGE. The people who take care of it are lovely.

Out whole stay we had problems with the hot water. Even after leaving the heater on all night, only one person in our groups had 5 minutes long of hot water. the rest had to take cold showers. the location is super far from the center and it's not really walkable.
