Every time I go to Sarajevo I‘ll stay at this location. It was just perfect. The lady was so nice, she told us so much about Sarajevo and it‘s history. She gave us some insider tips such as where to eat cevapcici, where the places are you have to go. The apartment has an amazing view. And it was really clean. As I wrote above I‘d go to that apartment every time I’m going to be in Sarajevo. Just felt in love with the city and the place where we stayed.

Nothing. I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars when it is filthy, customer is the worst ever experienced. The hotel and cleanliness is appalling. Rooms are filthy, uncleaned, old acs that are so noisy, doors that don’t close no matter how much you slam them. Worst experience ever and I went there due to reviews

This hotel is run down and the facilities are the worst experienced along with rubbish customer service. I had booked 2 rooms. Issues - - booked taxi transfer was not arranged as agreed so had to pay double the price hailing a taxi at the airport. - hotel room doors don’t close, so you need to consistently slam the door to try get it to shut. - Old Noisy AC. Because the room door is not so secure the noise it makes seems as though someone’s coming into the room. - Toilet seat was broken. The cleaners are rubbish. The glasses had toothpaste marks on them. No tissue roll. Broken shower. - Windows extremely dirty with the worst curtains ever. Had to keep curtains down because the view was of garbage. Absolute filth. - Carpets were dirty in the bedrooms and in the hallways. - Customer service non existent. They have a no can do attitude and extremely unhelpful. - Used toilet in the guest area and the lock fell off and I got stuck inside. - Wardrobe has 2 hangers in the weirdest direction so it’s difficult to make use of the wardrobe. - In 1 wardrobe it was filled with pillows and blankets leaving no room for storing own stuff. - No safe. - No AC remotes in room had to request them. - Decor is very tacky. Layout is strange. Only reception looks decent. - No customer support after 4pm. They’re hardly ever at the desk anyways and they expect u to call them expecting visitors to have local sims. This hotel is not worth the money to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. The hostels I’ve stayed at previously were far better and cleaner.

It is a great property. Very close to the town centre. A 5 minutes walk takes you in heart of the town. A super market is just 2 minutes away which is open till 10pm. The host is super helpful and friendly. They looked after us very well. Onsite garaged parking is excellent facility.
Negative section of review
Nothing to complain. Just a suggestion, an overhead shower 🚿 could make it much convenient to take a shower without hand holding the shower head.

The property was very clean, central location, very modern. The host is very very kind. We actually came pretty late at night due to some unforeseen events but he was there for us at 4AM when we arrived there. I just can’t describe it in words. I just can’t have words for it

Great for getaway from city noise and rush. Amazing nature and also great hosts who are available for all the questions and recommendations about possible activities and attractions. We stayed with our kid and there were lot of interesting activities for him as well.

Kemal and his family were incredible hosts and really outgoing. They apartment came with lots of guides and the family were happy to help with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we really couldn’t have hoped for more, especially for the price.

Excellent location with onsite parking. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I must mention Enita and Jasmine were excellent. It is 5 minutes from the Old bridge.
