My acquaintances stayed overnight and were satisfied. Very helpful staff. Friendly, family atmosphere. Thank you Rasul and Perez! The lowest prices for accommodation in the centre of the old town! It is quite difficult to find a hostel in the old town - always call on the phone - they will follow you to the hostel:))))

Zaur went ABOVE and beyond to look after us and make us feel at home. His family and himself were so welcoming, generous and hospitable. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. Wish I could stay longer!

Clean hotel, good staff, close to city centre, responsive, has almost all facilities except parking, limited but nice breakfast, Indian restaurant serves great Indian tea.

Beautiful villa with great facilities. Pool is lovely! The manager, Cavid was very responsive when things went wrong. The caretaken, Mr Ismail was excellent.

We had a problem with the internet, but Cavid got that fix quickly. The gas went off one day, so no cooking or hot water, but that was a city wide problem and not the villa's fault.

View and nature around the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool until around 1pm (when there was relaxing vibe with nice lounge music). Nice clean room.

After around 1pm, music near the swimming pool became too loud and the music genre switched from lounge to mainstream party hits. It seemed the hotel wanted to create a crazy party atmosphere there to make people drink more alcohol and order more from the bar/restaurant. Too many loud children came to the outdoor pool around 1-2pm and were allowed to swim in the adult pool deposite and not directed towards the kids swimming pool. Most members of staff did not speak any English. The menu in the restaurant was not very good: very few local meals and the est is sandwiches, pizza, pasta, etc. No shop in the hotel or nearby. The fountains and artificial river did not work.

No slippers in the room. Only 3 towels for 2 people. The hotel kindly promised to bring a complementary birthday cake, however brought it on a wrong date and address to a wrong person.

Air quality of the room was poor. Humid and dirty. There was no ventilation window in the bathroom. The room does not look like the picture on booking website.

It's very small room and the breakfast is crap. If you don't have any choice then stay here and even if you have to stay don't take breakfast as an option.
