Christine met us at the door and showed us up to our apartment. She later offered to upgrade us to another apartment overlooking the river, so that was great. Both apartments provided much of what iust needed for an excellent holiday break. A special thank you to Christine for all her help :-)

the villa was excellent for our stay in Margaret River, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Such a lovely location on the river and within easy walking distance of shops and facilities in the township.

Large room. Really clean. Quiet. Heated pool. Clean gym with lots of equipment.

The drain in the bathroom smelled. I don’t know if it’s because I used the bathtub. Sadly the pool bar was closed.

Bed felt cheap and was on wheels so it kept moving slightly which was annoying. I had to wedge it in place to stop it moving. Apartment was mostly fine, but it did look like it could use a repaint, and there was various poorly mended holes in various places. The lack of stairs to go up was annoying, as the lift was constantly busy. Meaning long wait to get up to my apartment.

The location was very good near beach and close to shops.

Cleanliness - the venetian blinds in the kitchen and 2nd bedroom are covered in dust. The front door deadlock would not open we had to use the back door. we could not find the garbage bins then discovered they were in front of the next door neighbours place did not have numbers on them.

Unfortunately not worth the money of $190 for one night. Room and hotel facilities were disappointing and underwhelming. The receptionist seemed to be quite unsure how to check staff in. The room was clean enough, however no soap was provided, only liquid hand soap which was obviously just topped up with random fluid. The toilet roll holder was literally falling off, no toilet lid, bedroom blind was stained and dirty. It felt like I'd booked a cheap room in a country town where the owners can't be bothered to maintain or put any effort into the property.
