Can only say good things about this hotel. Beautiful place and amenities, brand new and very modern style. Loved the beds, the balcony with view over the garden and the little rivulet running by, the cleanliness, the shower,…everything. Top was the friendly and lovely staff. Breakfast was also exceptional. I travel a lot and here maybe it was not as huge in terms of choice as in bigger hotel chains, - but things were first quality, mostly bio, and there were all kinds of healthy options. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, just 3 mins walk to metro station and in walking distance to St Stephen and Belvedere. Great choice for families with kids 5+ years as Stadtpark is just across the road. Kudos to the staf, especially Axel and Suzanna who made our stay like we felt at home. Breakfast was perfect and service was friendly and efficient.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center, and close to two highway exits. Parking is included in the price, which is rarely the case, and the breakfast is excellent. In addition, the hotel has an excellent restaurant with very reasonable food prices. Highly recommend!

Since we went to Vienna because of medical treatment in hospital, the location was excelent for us. Vienna has good conections with publick transport so that was great. Apartment was clean and excelent for us.

we had a tv conections first 3 days and than it was turned off. that is the only thing that I can say negative, because I had a person who couldnt walk that much so watching TV was the only thing to do while resting. But if you are there to explore than this is not important at all

We adored our view!! We loved the cool room and round windows. ! The hotel was brilliantly located near the train station and Belvedere. The staff were very helpful, nothing was a problem.

We booked a private room which we couldn't lock because of fire access. They did provide lockers so it wasn't really a big issue.

Very rude and unprofessional receptionists! They kept telling every guest, 'This is a service apartment, but not a hotel!' as a standard answer for every kind of issue, including out-of-service safe and extra blanket for the 3rd person booked in the reservation. There are two elevators in this service apartment, and one was out of order during my stay! The housekeeping ladies occupied the only functional one throughout the morning. We had been waiting for it for over 10 minutes! The kitchen is provided in a room without cooking equipment! Guests need to approach reception to borrow everything they need for cooking! What a joke, as it's named a 'service apartment'!
