The lounge area was excellent with really good seating. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute stroll into the centre of Seefeld. The view from the lounge was spectacular.

The bedroom. The double bed completely filled the bedroom, there was no room for any furniture, not even a bedside table and you could not get dressed or undressed in it. The photographs on the Booking.com website bore no relation to our apartment. We were in apartment 32 - not sure where Top 10 comes from. The wi-fi was flaky and could not be relied on. We were not told where to get the key for our apartment, we just happened to notice an envelope, addressed to us, containing the key, which was sticking out of the letterbox outside the building.

Good location..we had a car but if you needed a train or local bus they were close by.Could walk to small local supermarket. Nice restaurant in holiday complex with a 5 minute walk.

I really liked the location as it’s not right in the city center, which made it quieter and more relaxing, but it was still convenient for me since I needed to be in that area.

I was disappointed with the response time and attitude of the staff, which felt unhelpful. Additionally, the bathroom sink was blocked, and the water barely drained. There were also ants in the apartment, which made the stay less comfortable.

Would have been nice to have tea and milk, as well as coffee in our room. The aircon wasn’t great but it is an old building, so appreciated just having it! Velux window meant no view, but we weren’t in the room much.

no air conditioning at 26 degrees in the room at night; no curtains; close to main road = very noisy all night (in case you wanted to open window to make up for the lack of climatization; no restaurants nearby; very expensive for what they propose. Stay away!
