It’s a specifically nice and pleasant hotel with a lovely garden in the middle of the city! The room was very clean, comfortable, lovely design with some vintage furniture. And the staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient, close to the city centre and to the lovely Rochus food market. And the hotel is very well connected to public transport (tram, underground, main train station). I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely looking building inside and out, as shown on the pictures. We loved the decor and all the facilities. The team promptly responded to our queries (e.g. earlier check in, which was agreed without issues). Provided Guest Pass came handy as it allowed us to use public transport, museums and cable cars for free. It’s very convenient to have a reception available in the morning, if you have any questions.

The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed. Great breakfast, quiet and beautiful location. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was stunningly decorated. Everything was perfect!

The location : close to event area in Faak am See and bike road. The area can easily be explored by bicycle. The contact : very helpfull owner. Modern well-equipped apartment with a great view.

Nice and clean appartment. Fresh flowers inside. 20min.by bus/tram to the center...35-40min. within walking distance. Very calm area (good for sleeping & free from big city noises).

On the pictures it looks much bigger. But there ist enough sleeping place for 4 persons. The bathroom is a little bit tiny.

Reception staff unhelpful unkind, housekeeping useless, Bar manager disrespectful and unhelpful. Concierge brillant and helpful. The hotel for Hilton was the worse I stayed in.

Bar manager, bar staff and housekeeping rude, disrespectful. The atmosphere in lobby was to loud with night club music playing 24/7. Not a pleasant feel.
