Well cleaned appartement. Amenities are very good. Always fast response from the owner. Everything was perfect as per expectation location is very good. Near Reumenplatz metro station from here you can go anywhere. Lots of restaurants are very near. Spar, Billa supermarket are very near. You can buy food and groceries with reasonable price. Always recommend this appartement. Will stay again.

A lovely hotel very close to the Old Town area - everything central easily walkable. Very helpful and friendly staff - we arrived early but were able to check in which was great. The room was very clean and well equipped , spacious bathroom - comfy overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent - highest quality food and so much choice. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

We really do miss not being able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room - please put a kettle in every room!

I wouldn't give it 4 stars. Dirty bathroom, stains on the carpet, no kettle, stained walls. In the room with windows facing inwards I had to close the window at night because the noise was unbearable. The bed was supposed to be one double, but there were two singles.
