I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Vienna's 1st district, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Stephansplatz and numerous attractions. The check-in was extremly easy and uncomplicated. The apartment is spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. It was a perfect retreat after a long day exploring Vienna. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with Netflix made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness and upkeep were impeccable. Overall, this apartment made our stay in Vienna incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location - perfect for skiing, there is a small lift less than 50 meters away that gives you access to larger lifts (which are no more than 15 min away on foot). The city centre and the spa are also less than 10 min away. Staff - extremely kind and accomodating, spoke English, German, Italian and, surprisingly, Spanish. I asked for a room with a bathtub when booking and they fulfilled my request! Facilities - there is a ski room with lockers for your equipment. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast - great variety, with eggs, vegetables, yoghurts, pastries and fruit. Very tasty, too.

Not a critique, but keep in mind that the hotel is located uphill. Which is great for accessing the lifts, but it can be a bit difficult to reach from the train station on foot, especially if you have a lot of equipment.

The location was excellent, being near to churches, museums, bars, cafes, and theatres. The hotel is lovely. The staff are helpful and friendly. Service with a smile. Good breakfasts, too.

Great location across the river from the inner ring, fantastic price, the hotel was gorgeous from the outside and very modern on the inside. The lady at reception was very nice and friendly.

The Air Con did not work, the shower head kept falling off and the walls were very thin...I could here everybody around and above me. Also, the receptionist took my credit card during check in and started typing information off it into her computer...this was very alarming in retrospect. I have not seen this done at any other hotel I've ever stayed in.

I thought it was a nice decision staying close to the airport once I had a flight early morning but next time I will choose to stay in the city and get the express train to be more comfortable. The hotel is more crowded that it supports, noisy and the staff are rude. The WiFi doesn’t work at all.
