I made the reservation 5 mins before coming and it was all very smooth. The location is also very nice.

Unfortunately the carpet was not clean and there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom, but it is nothing that cannot be changed in 5 minutes so don't let this stop you from sleeping here.

Big apartment not far from metro.

Apartment is not so bad, but communication with owners is awful. We had problem with building entrence door in 11pm at last night of our stay. We type passcode, but door did not open. I call owners, send a messages that door wont open, but they did not answer. They just send us passcode for main entrance again again. We ring on other apartments, and some guy push button for opening, but it was blocked. At the end we saw some woman on first floor call her and she went down and open the door phisicly. In one moment we think about looking for another accommodation for that night. It was very irresponsible not to help your guests. They even not to ask us, did we solve solve problem and get in our room. Also parking is on street and you have to search for parking place.
