Big friendly hostel and one of the only places open out of season. 4 bed dorm was clean and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms available. Two kitchens are also available though they get busy at peak time. Communal area available for sitting and eating etc. Meals also available in the big restaurant. It is in an excellent location for the trails as it is just by the start of the main ones. 15min walk to bus station. Dorm beds are one of the best value for money in otherwise expensive location.

The location is great. In the center of the city near to everything. The stuff of the hotel was really nice and happy to help in everything.

The bed point is the size of the room. It supposed to be a room for 2 persons but the size is very very small. Also the bathroom and the toilet was very small. It was very small that a normal size of a men even a kid would be hard to get in the shower.

There is a disco club just next to the hotel which goes on till dawn. Though they knew it, they gave me a room above that and when I called the reception they pretended they did not know and I had to insist to get a different room. Considering it is an airport hotel, this is totally unacceptable as one goes there to sleep. Also, breakfast poor, without any real selection. No products without gluten or lactose free, all food extremely low quality and the whole process totally disorganized. A small space where guests are to self-cater, it ques up easily, staff won’t assist at all. And the transfer is only at the hour. On my way to the hotel I had to take a Uber or I’d have to wait 45 minutes since they would not send me one upon request. A terrible experience.
