These are cabins that have been open for 2 months. The approach is bad..a dust bowl with rubbish at the edges, but the cabins actually look out onto a vineyard, the hills and shady pepper trees and each has a spacious deck for relaxing outdoors. Cooking faciities are non existent. An electric jug for boiling water. What you can do is buy meat and collect wood and have a BBQ (there are plates, knives and forks etc) and we were told that in the future pots and pans will be provided, again for cooking over a fire. There were twin beds when we arrived which wasn't what we had paid for, so Edgardo did put two beds together and we ended up with a very comfortable and spacious king size bed. The beds, sheets and pillows being new are a plus. You need a car to get into town and eating out is mainly of the empanada and pizza variety.

The dusty approach... Breakfast consists of a basket delivered the night before with T bags, coffee, powdered milk, packets of jam, butter and a packet of processed toast.

Nice location close to lots of small, independent shops and bigger grocery stores, restaurants and bars (among them arguably the best artisanal beer in BA, Strange Brewing), and public transportation. We enjoyed being in a lively, yet not very touristy neighborhood, and the whole city is well connected by bus; you can also walk to Palermo. The kitchen was quite well equipped and the place is spacious.

The apartment is very functional, but a little bit shabby and might lack some natural light. Not to the point of it being an actual problem for us for the small week we stayed, though.

Nice view from my room. Nice bathroom. Property is very clean, and staff are very hospitable. Property is also close to the cerro and Pucara (which means further from town).

Can't be changed but it is a bit of a walk to the main square.

It's a very dark room and the window is very small. The room overlooks closed covered area, there is no view. Air conditioners are very noisy day and night, all of them in the same place. Breakfast is very simple, no eggs all pastry. When I ask for eggs. The service guy said $6 dollars. We arrived at the hotel very tired in the morning and received a very angry welcome from the reception for no reason. I tried to soothe him so he would calm down. We mostly checked out late. We arrived early for the first time and did not request early check-in. He said we could leave our suitcases and go. Most 3 star hotels have free hot water or free tea. “Do you have free hot water?” I asked, reception said yes. When I want to take hot water, the man angrily says something in his own language that will prevent me from using glass and hot water. The receptionist came and said something. Permission granted. I made tea with hot water, but the next day, I had stomach problems. The water is not fully boiled, which can ruin the holiday of tourists who are not used to it. After this, every morning, i have to ask for hot water. They keep it in jar instead of thermos. I have travelled most of the world and been in hundreds of hotels. I have never seen such unnecessary treatment. This hotel should not be a 3-star hotel.
