Pili, the owner of the house, is absolutely brilliant, she is so informative and enthusiastic. She is always at the end of a line on WhatsApp if you need her. If it wasn't for her advice we would not have been able to see Fitz Roy due to weather. The house is cleaned regularly, it is kept very warm, which is good for this area. The bedrooms (upstairs) are comfortable, each room has their own private bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped for what you need. Walking distance from the shops and restaurants, would highly recommend

Gabbi is a fabulous host. Very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions I had. Can arrange a transfer from the airport too. Check in and out was very straightforward. The place was clean and tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. The shower is awesome. The location is excellent with great restaurants and cafes around. Close to public transport and within walking distance of some tourist hotspots. Would highly recommend Bravo Apps.

Shower has structural problem... , the floor slanted away from the drain hole and water pooled and needed to be swept to clear. Something they should have known. Had to change room. Major inconvenience
